Fairko is a restaurant near the Brno Exhibition Centre where you can drop by anytime and always discover both familiar and new flavours. When Czech sirloin in cream sauce, Neapolitan pizza and salmon with grapefruit couscous all appear on the same menu, it might sound like the beginning of a joke.
